Douglas Bodden Sr
CEO & Co-Founder

Doug is a co-founder of Bodden Contracting Group. For more than 30 years he’s put everything he has into growing the company and mastering his craft. Today he remains a focal point of the business with a vast array of responsibilities; but, as far as day-to-day tasks go, his focus is on sales and estimating. Prior to BCG, he worked in facilities management at Met-Ed.

Doug takes advantage of his R&R time by being with family, hitting the links, and rooting for the Eagles and Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!).

Nancy Bodden
CFO & Co-Founder

Nance, the other co-founder of Bodden Contracting Group, has been handling pretty much everything in the office since the very beginning. If you think she’s lost a step since then, you would be wrong. Today, her duties include financials, budgeting, and office administration. Prior to BCG, she had her hands full raising four children.

Nance finds joy outside of work by spending time with her family, listening to music, gardening, and catching up with her latest reality TV shows.

Justin Negri
Project Manager

Justin has been a valued member of the company for 16 years now. And with great experience, comes great responsibility. He is in charge of estimating jobs, meeting with customers, scheduling jobs/workers, and also helps in the field as needed. Prior to BCG, he worked in landscaping.

In Justin’s downtime, he loves spending time with his wife and two kids. Relaxing by the pool with a cold one or watching the Eagles win (Fly Eagles Fly!) would be considered the icing on the cake.

Josh Himes
Technician

Josh has been an integral part of the company for 4 years now. With a wide variety of knowledge and skills, you can find him out in the field doing any and all aspects of the trade. Prior to BCG, he worked in carpentry and painting.

When Josh isn’t busy being an outstanding employee, he loves spending time with his wife and son. If he’s not with them, you can find him in the great outdoors hunting or fishing.

Kyle Lash
Technician

Kyle has been with the company for 5 years now. As an essential employee that knows all the ins and outs of construction, he can be found out in the field helping to complete jobs correctly and on time. Prior to BCG, he worked in construction.

When Kyle isn’t being a fantastic employee, you can find him spending time with his family, on the golf course, hunting, or rooting for his favorite Philly sports teams.

Mandy Hutton
Assistant Office Manager

Mandy is a recent addition to the team, officially starting in September 2018. A strong and focused employee, she is kept busy with processing accounts receivable/payable and payroll, as well as cost tracking. Prior to BCG, she worked in accounting at a residential construction company.

When Mandy isn’t crushing it at the office, she loves spending time with her three kids and husband. She also has a passion for decorating and enjoys a good true crime or reality show.

Jaden Bodden
Web Designer & IT Technician

Jaden has been with us since September 2015. He joined and worked with us as a full-time employee for over a year, but has been handling the website and IT side of things in a part-time role since November 2016. Jaden currently works for a real estate and mortgage investment company in Lancaster, and prior to BCG, worked as a mortgage consultant for over 10 years.

In his free time, Jaden loves spending time with his amazing wife, Fabi, and two super cute puparoos, Deuce & Jozy. As a 2006 graduate of Virginia Tech, the only thing he considers more important than his fandom, is his wife (but we’re not even sure that’s true, as he might have said that just because he’s afraid of what she’d do to him if he didn’t). LET’S GO HOKIES!!!

Clayton Bodden
Marketing & Business Development

Clayton is another recent addition to the team, starting in November 2018. He heads the marketing and business development aspects of the company. Prior to being an employee here, he worked in advertising for five years.

When Clayton isn’t fighting in the trenches, he enjoys exercising, a good pizza, and watching the Sixers and Virginia Tech destroy their competition.

Tito
Office Mascot

Tito is our official office mascot. He brings the positive energy every day. He likes lots of pets and enjoys watching people eat. Chewing on things that he shouldn’t be is definitely a big hobby of his as well. A daily nap is a necessity, as he is the keystone to our high office morale.

Wyomissing Contracting was formed as a sole proprietorship on a full-time basis, serving residential customers throughout Berks County.

Contracted to service and maintain several commercial properties throughout Eastern Pennsylvania.

1997

Bodden Contracting Group Inc. was formed & incorporated.

Expanded our services to include commercial and industrial construction projects.

Home Builder’s Association of Berks County Remodelers Award Program Winner for “Best Residential Remodeling.”

Embarked on our first of many volunteer projects for Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Berks, including their annual “Operation Facelift” event.
