After a decade in mortgage consulting, Jaden joined the Bodden team in 2015. Since then, he’s taken on different roles, moving into the Vice President position in 2020 to focus on the business side of things. Jaden and his wife Fabia are parents to two kids — Olivia and Cameron. They are absolutely the loves of his life … but a close second goes to his alma mater Virginia Tech (and by close second, he means really close second). GO HOKIES!

Doug founded Bodden Construction Group with his wife more than 30 years ago and has spent those decades honing his craft and building deep relationships in the business community. Today, his role includes commercial construction and sales. Doug spends his free time with his family — including four kids and 11 grandkids — fitting in a round of golf, and rooting for the Eagles and Virginia Tech.

Nance has handled everything in the office basically since the beginning, and that was on top of raising five kids. Moms, right?!? Today, find her taking care of the financials, budgeting and office admin. Outside the office, she loves music, gardening, catching up on reality TV, and spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Justin joined Bodden in 2003, long enough to maybe not have Bodden in his last name but definitely be part of the family. He’s often your point of contact, working on estimates, scheduling, and being present on job sites. Justin spends his downtime hanging out with his wife and two kids, preferably by the pool with a cold one or watching the Eagles win (Fly Eagles Fly!)

Clayton joined Bodden in 2018 after several years working in advertising. Now, you can find him getting the word out about our construction and home renovation services and working to develop the business to its fullest. He loves his fiancée, Kaylee, and being a girl dad to his two little nuggets, Penelope and Remi. He’s also a pizza and exercise fanatic (yes, those two things go together great) who hopes he gets to see the Sixers and Hokies win a championship before he dies.

Josh joined Bodden in 2015, coming from a background in carpentry and painting. He has a deep knowledge of construction and renovation, and you can count on him to be on the job site handling a variety of skilled trades. Josh loves spending time with his wife and two sons, but if he’s not with them, go outside. You might find him hunting or fishing.

Kyle is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the construction industry. You can often find Kyle on the job site, where he applies his extensive knowledge to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending quality time with his family, hitting the golf course, hunting, and cheering on his favorite Philadelphia sports teams.

Mandy, another of the Bodden siblings working for the family company, joined the team in 2018. She focuses on payroll and accounts alongside her mom. Before joining Bodden, she worked in accounting for another company. Find Mandy hanging out with her husband and three kids, interior decorating, or watching true crime shows.

Tito is in charge of office morale, and we don’t mind saying he’s very good at it. He likes pets, daily naps, and watching people eat (not that he’s trying to catch falling scraps or anything). Tito also excels at chewing on things he shouldn’t, but we’re working on it.
