Timing
We pay special attention to how we schedule projects. When we are in your home working on your renovation, you can expect us to show up every day until the project is complete. We like being able to focus on a single project instead of bouncing around from site to site and leaving families hanging. So when we give you a duration for your project, you can be sure we’re steadily working for that entire time without wasting yours.
Communication
We all hear the stories about general contractors who never return your calls, or come out to see your project then ghost you. That’s just not how we work at Bodden Construction. When you reach out, one of our team (usually Jaden) will get back to you to hear more about your project and share the next steps. Throughout the process, you can expect prompt, clear communication.
Price
We work hard to offer competitive pricing. If you’re looking for a quick flip on the cheap, we’re probably not the residential contractors for you. But for those looking to renovate their home, you can be sure you’re getting high-quality work and materials that fit within your budget. We’ll help you decide where to splurge and where to save. And importantly: we stick to your budget without piling on change orders.

This is a big one. You are opening up your home — your actual walls! — to us. That is something we take seriously. When we work together, you’re not just a number on our calendar; you’re one of our families and we treat you like it. You will always know the names of the people coming into your home. We only work with members of our own team or reliable and vetted local subcontractors. You can trust us with your investment and space.

WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE

GET IN TOUCH — Give us a call or fill out this easy form and a member of our team will reach out to you within 2 business days.

PROJECT MEETING — We’ll come to your home to learn more about your project and what you hope to see in your renovation.

RENOVATION ESTIMATE — Based off our meeting and deep knowledge of the industry, we’ll create a custom estimate that considers budget, scope and timing.

REVISIONS — You may be ready to go straight away, or we’ll work together to consider revisions to your scope to work within your budget.

CONTRACT SIGNING — When you’re comfortable with your scope and budget, a signed contract and deposit (1/3 of the total project) secures your spot.

SCHEDULING — We’ll work with your calendar and carefully consider our other projects to determine when to start your project.
