We took this customer’s garage space that was only being used for storage and turned it into ~300 sq. ft. of usable living space. The new space was completely remodeled, including closing up an existing garage door and installing new windows. We re-wired the electric, installed new lighting and added convenience receptacles. It is completely insulated and drywalled, and finished-off with berber carpet throughout. We installed a new raised-panel door and drywalled over the old paneling. We gutted an old 1/2 bath and saw-cut concrete to tie in plumbing to make it a full bath with a shower. The bathroom was finished off with new drywall, plumbing fixtures and vinyl flooring. Lastly – and perhaps the part that we are most proud of – is that we were able to accommodate our customer’s timeline request, completing the project in just three weeks!
