BASEMENT REMODEL
Bodden Construction completed a full basement remodel in Exeter, PA, transforming an unfinished space into a functional living area complete with a brand-new bathroom. The project involved reframing the layout, insulating and drywalling the exterior walls, and installing a new oak stair railing with black spindles. To add the bathroom below grade, our team installed a sewage ejector pit and pump, ran all new plumbing, and set a new vanity and toilet. New electrical throughout included 15 outlets and 14 dimmable LED lights split across three zones, plus new luxury vinyl plank flooring, cabinetry, and trim.
